As 2009 closes I look back at a year filled with joy, lots of travels and new experiences. As I close this chapter and move into 2010 I must stop and take a brief look at my top 10 memorable moments of 2009.
10. 5 Year College Reunion
9. H1N1 takes over
8. Ladies That Lunch Big Hat Brunch
7. First Ever Wine Festival.
6. Disney's 1st Black Princess
5. We say goodbye to "The King of Pop"
4. Patrick Swayze Passes Away (Dirty Dancing is my all time favorite movie.)
3. Sunset off the cliffs of San Torini
2. Trip to Egypt
1. January 20th, not only my birthday but the day our 44th President was inaugurated.

What are your most memorable moments of 2009?
Some of my most memorable events also include some of yours, such as the 10 year reunion (go HU!), and losing the King of Pop, but attaining our first black princess (in a movie set in my hometown!) and our first black president.
ReplyDeleteOthers of mine include my hair faisco of February 2009 (I had never worn my hair that short before!) and all the changes with my job. I think 2010 will be a great year, and can't wait to begin the journey!
Great list! Although 2 & 3 would not be on mine. SN: The Princess and the Frog was an EXCELLENT movie!!! I laughed, I cried, I loved it! To my list I'd add that I got a new "niece" and "nephew", my NYC trip, the loads of concerts I took in, and of course the holidays 2009.
